Queensland's participation in CSIRO's Scientists in Schools program is the highest of any state, with 240 Queensland scientist/teacher partnerships now in place. But we need more. Only 11% of our primary and high schools are on board and many of those are still waiting to be matched with a scientist.

If you're a scientist, technologist, engineer or mathematician please consider registering for Scientists in Schools and encourage your colleagues to join as well. Your personal experience will help illustrate the relevance of science in ways a teacher or a text book never could.
