Are you serious about advancing your technology career? 
Have you considered how important it is to build your industry profile and gain the respect of your industry peers? 

The WiT Awards is an annual program developed by Women in Technology (WiT) in association with industry to recognise, celebrate and promote outstanding women studying and working at all levels in the technology industries. This year the WiT Awards Program celebrates its 12th anniversary.

While many programs focus on the attraction of women into the technology sector few also provide avenues to develop and retain these women. The WiT Awards Program does both. Winners and finalists are encouraged to become active participants in other WiT programs and events ensuring that their career progress is recognised and supported long after their prize money has been spent.

This program provides opportunities for all women regardless of age, career status or industry sector to develop their careers and be recognised by their peers. Recognition will be for professional achievement and for commitment to continuous development of their careers, and to the achievement of WiT's objectives.
